CLiMAlp salvaguardia delle lingue minoritarie in Piemonte e Valle d’Aosta.<\/h1>\n

Il progetto CLiMAlp nasce da una sinergia di iniziative delle Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Torino e della Valle d’Aosta. CLiMALp ha lo scopo di documentare, salvaguardare e studiare le lingue minoritarie germaniche (Walser) e romanze (occitano, francoprovenzale) parlate in Valle d\u2019Aosta e in Piemonte, sfruttando gli strumenti messi a disposizione dalle tecnologie informatiche e dalla linguistica dei corpora.<\/p>\n

Il progetto mira a espandere la piattaforma digitale sfruttata nel corso del progetto ArchiWals, che raccoglie testi e opere lessicografiche di ambito prettamente germanico, e a implementarla con materiali analoghi per le aree occitana e francoprovenzale. I corpora e i dati cos\u00ec raccolti (inerenti le tre aree linguistiche) saranno sottoposti ad un\u2019analisi orientata in senso linguistico-computazionale, cos\u00ec da ottenere un\u2019accurata descrizione linguistica e lessicografica delle parlate coinvolte. Cos\u00ec come stabilito dalla Convenzione UNESCO 2003, il progetto aspira nel suo insieme a contribuire alla salvaguardia del patrimonio culturale, linguistico e identitario delle parlate minoritarie piemontesi e valdostane: minacciato da processi di spopolamento, tale patrimonio rischia di cancellato dalla forte assimilazione alle culture e alle lingue maggioritarie.<\/p>\n
